IBR Opportunities
USAID’s Investment for Business Resilience (IBR) Activity, implemented by DAI Global, LLC., supports systemic changes in Ukraine’s economy by increasing the supply of finance available to Ukrainian businesses. IBR seeks to transform the country’s financial sector into a sophisticated, well-functioning, competitive market that is aligned with European Union (EU) standards and integrated into international financial systems. This opportunities page has been developed to provide public access to competitive funding opportunities via grants in support of IBR’s goals. All grants are managed by DAI for USAID IBR. About Investment for Business Resilience Grants Facility
The USAID Investment for Business Resilience (IBR) Activity will utilize its grants facility to invest in Ukrainian businesses as a means to substantially increase jobs, sales, and exports. IBR seeks to support Ukrainian business by providing direct financial support to confront their challenges in accessing affordable and appropriate financing to invest in growth. IBR also seeks to expand its work through Financial Intermediaries (FIs), exploiting these and other existing resources of funding as channels to identify, select, and directly support enterprises.
